1. About these terms

These terms apply to all services provided by Tresta Solutions ("Tresta", "we", "us") to our clients ("you"). By working with us you agree to them, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

2. Our services

We provide creative services, web and app development, and business process outsourcing (BPO) services. The scope of each project or service is set out in a proposal or statement of work. If the scope changes, the price and timeline may change too, and we will agree that with you first.

3. Quotes and payment

Every project is quoted individually. Prices, deposits and payment dates are stated in your proposal. BPO services are priced per seat per hour or as agreed in writing. If an invoice is paid late, we may pause work until it is settled.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us the information, materials and approvals we need on time, and you confirm that you have the right to share any materials you give us.

5. Ownership of work

When the final payment is made, the rights in the final work made for you pass to you. Our tools, templates and pre-existing materials stay ours. Unless we agree otherwise, we may show non-confidential finished work in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information and your customers' information confidential and use it only to provide the services. For BPO work, how customer data is handled is agreed in writing before we start.

7. BPO service terms

Hours, channels, reporting and any service levels are agreed in writing before the team goes live. We report on performance regularly, and we adjust the team as your volume changes.

8. Third-party tools

Some services depend on third-party tools such as hosting, CRMs and dispatch software. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers.

9. Results and liability

We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as sales or search rankings. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service the claim relates to.

10. Ending our work together

Either of us can end an engagement with written notice. You pay for the work completed up to that point.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Tresta Solutions is registered.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Tresta Solutions collects through this website, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send us a project brief or a message, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, project details and budget range. If you message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we also receive the details those services share with us. Like every website, our host receives basic technical information such as your IP address when you load a page.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, prepare quotes and provide our services. We do not sell your information.

Who else receives it

We use a few service providers to run the site and to talk to you: our web host (Hostinger), our form service, our calendar service (Calendly), our email provider and WhatsApp. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to help you, and for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@trestasolutions.com and we will help.

Children

Our services are for businesses, and this website is not aimed at children.
